Fire has gutted La Michoacana, a grocery store at 288 N. Main Street in downtown Harrisonburg. According to Chief Larry Shifflett of the Harrisonburg Fire Department, the call came in at 7:48 p.m. and first responders saw heavy fire emerging from the front door and smoke rising from all other openings.
